You may have sold your tokens and need to get the cash for it. This is how to go about it.

First log in to your wallet and click Withdraw.

Make sure you have NGN in your wallet as you CANNOT withdraw a token to your bank.

Then select cash withdrawal.

Select your preferred bank account to receive the funds.

Make sure the account belongs to you.

Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click Withdraw.

Enter your transaction pin to verify the withdrawal and that's all.

Your bank account will be credited in 5 to 30 minutes by one of our payment partners.
