You have verified your phone number, now you want to make cash deposits, you need to verify your bank account.

Select *Upgrade to level 2* or alternatively, go to your profile and click Increase limits.

Enter your bank account details in the corresponding screen and click continue. Make sure your First Name and Last name in your bank account corresponds with the First name and Last name on your flitaa profile.

Do not add an extra name to your profile when adding a Bank account.

NOTE: Remove any extra name(s).

For example, if the name on your bank is Chioma Adeola Dangote.

You only need to add Chioma Dangote to your flitaa profile for the upgrade.
